I was looking for a new vehicle and sent an email to Andy Panchal (New Car Sales Manager), he immediately responded to my email and followed up with a phone call to go over the numbers. Andy Panchal & Ot Panchal (New Car Sales Manager), he immediately responded to my email and followed up with a phone call to go over the numbers. Andy Panchal & Otis Tate (Sales & Leasing Consultant) always go above and beyond to make sure it meets your expectations. If you’re with Andy & Otis, rest assured you are in good hands. Otis Tate kept updating me about vehicle status. He was so kind and took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle and made sure to show all safety features as well. Tim Senek (Finance Manager), is by far the best finance guy ever, no pressure, transparent, and explained their service warranty options Rob Donkelaar (Sales Manager) did check-in after for any questions related to vehicle purchase This was by far the easiest, most smooth experience I have ever had in buying a car More

I had a positive experience. The buying process was quick and easy since I lived close to the dealership. I did not find any issues with the car and it was evident that they did maintenance on the car and pu and easy since I lived close to the dealership. Tim was great to work with, no pressure and a straight talker. The purchase process with Julie was also good. She was thorough and efficient with all the paperwork. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the car- it was nowhere near what I would call "detailed". I think they ran it through the car wash, shined up the tires, and vacuumed the floor. The wheels still had a ton of brake dust on them and the engine compartment was dirty and full of leaves. I get it, it's a used car, but I've bought used cars from other dealerships and you would never know it wasn't new unless you looked at the odometer. More
