I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Civic. I walked into the dealership with my eyes set on something else. Mike Brady was my salesperson. Once we sat down and started talking about particulars, he explained to me that with the budget I gave him, the original vehicle that I wanted was not doable, unless I raised my budget. I was disappointed, however, he did not make me feel stupid for it. He was very kind and honest about what type of vehicle fit in my budget and made me understand the process of getting a new vehicle. I’ve never had someone be so thorough with me throughout the process and even though I did not buy the vehicle that I originally wanted, I still left with a vehicle that I love! Tim was the person that assisted me from the Finance Department. He was just as awesome as Mike was. We talked while completing the finance paperwork and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Tim, Mike and everyone I encountered at Roush Honda made me feel welcomed, explained the entire process while answering any questions that I had and made the entire car buying process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Roush Honda and I will definitely buy another vehicle from them! More

Angel Milanov was a delight to work with. I came in to test drive a Honda Fit Sport which was a nice car, however, it was a bit more than what I could afford. While I was fully aware of this prior to the test drive a Honda Fit Sport which was a nice car, however, it was a bit more than what I could afford. While I was fully aware of this prior to the test drive, I was wondering what the final price would be based MBP. Once we determined that the price tag was a bit much for me, Angel already had another car in mind that was slightly older, but checked all the boxes of what I had described to him as "what I'm looking for". Over the next couple of days, he worked with his Team to make sure the car was inspected and ready for a test drive and had the car pulled up and ready prior to my arrival. Once we determined that the car was a good fit for me, Angel worked with his Management team to ensure that we can agree on a price that was reasonable by my standards. The whole time maintaining a communication stream that went above and beyond my expectations. Once the details were finalize, it was a done deal. As an added bonus, Angel is also a sommelier and had some great suggestions for my wife. This personal touch definitely took the tension out of talking money. Overall, excellent experience! More
