I was disappointed, however, he did not make me feel stupid for it. He was very kind and honest about what type of vehicle fit in my budget and made me understand the process of getting a new vehicle. I’ve never had someone be so thorough with me throughout the process and even though I did not buy the vehicle that I originally wanted, I still left with a vehicle that I love! Tim was the person that assisted me from the Finance Department. He was just as awesome as Mike was. We talked while completing the finance paperwork and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Tim, Mike and everyone I encountered at Roush Honda made me feel welcomed, explained the entire process while answering any questions that I had and made the entire car buying process enjoyable.
