I have been dealing with Roush Honda for a long time especially with Shawn Risner and all has been fantastic! I have had no issues with the dealership itself and Shawn has gone out of his way not only especially with Shawn Risner and all has been fantastic! This is the first time I bought a car and the finance person did not point out the percentage rate that Honda was charging me. He and my husband were talking away and I was distracted and came to find ou person did not point out the percentage rate that Honda was charging me. He and my husband were talking away and I was distracted and came to find out that Honda financing charged me 6.15% APR when I had an excellent credit score. I am not happy about that at all. I will be refinancing. More

I just made my second purchase of a new Honda at Roush Honda. It was a lengthy process (four + hours), but well worth the time spent. I was treated very well from beginning to end. Absolutely could not have had better service or an experience. This was my first car loan. Was very nervous to even apply.
