My wife and I recently purchased a certified used 2019 Honda CRV from Roush. Bottom line up front- Outstanding dealership. Excellent staff. Terrific products. My wife and I can't say enough 'great stuff' about the team at Roush. Our transaction was complex as we do not live in Ohio. This was an out of state purchase and we were transferring plates from an out of state car registration with associated sales tax complications, etc. But this did not 'phase' Roush. The team (sales persons and business managers) worked together to resolve our questions, speak with their compliance company, check with the Ohio BMV and speak with our out of state insurance agent. And wow, in a mater of two days, we were driving our certified used vehicle. At times, my wife and I found the transaction tense (so many hoops to go through), but as I said, it didn't phase the team at Roush. They were extremely easy to work with, and they put us into a used Honda CRV that we absolutely love. There were many people behind the scenes and we did not get their names. Our direct sales person was Mat Nelson (terrific with a big T) and our business manager was Seth Kaber (very knowledgeable and very steady throughout the process). Thank you. Jeff and Pat More
