Being in the over 70 age bracket and loving taking the grandkids on outings I mentioned "safety' as my first concern. Once I test drove the CRV I knew it was what I wanted! However Shawn did not pressure me and made sure I could continue to take my time with any decisions and that it was a personal one for me! By far his best attribute besides knowledge of product is his patience !!!! All those safety features come with a learning curve attached! He was extremely sensitive to my processing all the new features !! He demonstrated, let me do hands on , and set an app on my i-phone which thoroughly explains all features! I am loving my new car! When prompted with questions, she was able to find the information. She provided pricing on a number of vehicles and looked into inventory that was available for specific requests. Mike was rather matter of fact, provided us with what we wanted rather than trying to be pushy (as we normally hear of from the finance guys), he didn't try and convince us to get more than what we needed. When we realized we made a mistake on one of our selections-- he was quick to remedy it. More

It was priced to sell and there was no reason to heckle. The van will be perfect for a wheel chair or walker and we are so happy. Rouse employees were all working together to answer our questions and they really had our backs!!! Those folks gave us fast friendly service with no sales pressure at all. They made sure there was a vehicle we could afford at the other lot with low miles and we felt so blessed. They really changed our opinions of "used car salesmen"and they even held the vehicle for us!! I highly recommend you visit them if you have special transportation needs because they are straight up honest guys who really do care. More

On Lee's recommendation, we filled out the paperwork on Roush's website the night before our appointment. This made the whole process a lot smoother day of. Lee had everything prepped and ready to go. The showroom is expansive and clean, with complimentary coffee and free WiFi. Everyone we interacted with on the floor and in the office treated us with kindness and appreciation. Lee gave us a thorough explanation of the features, and we were out the door in under two hours with our new car! We now recommend Roush (and Lee) to all our family and friends! More
