I was approved and from that point on the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Jim Hartsook worked really hard to get me financed it took him most of the day I was pleased to find out that his hard work paid off. Every person on the team worked hard and Jim even fought for me on my trade. They knew how desperately I needed a safe vehicle for me and my family.
