Great experience with Spyros Tabone My husband and I were in a market for a new car. We went to several dealerships before we got a recommendation for Roush. We were immediately greeted at the door by Spyros Tabone. He was friendly but not overly pushy which some car salespeople can be. He asked us what we were interested in and we explained our situation to him. He suggested for us to consider a leasing option and took the time to thoroughly explain the process. We felt it was a great option for us and after Will took us through the approval/loan process we were able to lease a Honda Civic. Since the car wasn't ready by the time I had to leave for work, I was able to meet Spryos the next day. I was later than I had promised (due to work), he was waiting for me and was still very happy to go over the car from top to bottom. He took the time to explain all aspects of the vehicle (radio, Bluetooth, brakes, seat belts, etc, etc. He took a nice half hour with me and when I left, he directed me out safely as he could tell I was nervous with the new car. He is an exceptional salesperson because he really cares about the needs of his customers. He has excellent communication skills and is a genuinely nice person. He gave me what I felt was the best deal first time. Didn't waste my time and presented the price with confidence and provided a great value proposition. During my car buying process Mark was promoted and I was seamlessly passed along to Shawn. I never had to repeat what I had shared with Mark Z. previously. They worked hand in hand until I picked up my new car. Day of delivery was just flawless. It's a process I generally dread but I had an appointment, both Shawn and Karen were on point with delivering what I asked. Handled the transacation with ease and had me on the road in my new car in no time. Shawn's overview of the car was on point. The primary reason for this was the sheer volume of business they were experiencing that day. I was at the far end of the line to wait, but Jeff was able to get me squeezed in and delivered that same day. There was never a sense of panic or disorganization at this dealership. This points to an experienced staff who are prepared to handle the pandemonium. This was our third purchase from Roush Honda - 1 used and 2 new vehicles over 14 years. We have also purchased a number of Hondas from their primary competitor in the north Columbus area over the past 17 years, primarily out of convenience due to their location. I can say that Roush stand out as a much more relaxed, easy-to-deal-with business in comparison. Their presentation of the deal, available add-ons, and financing options were all well presented and professional. Overall very relaxing and rewarding car buying experience. We will definitely come back to buy from Jeff and Roush Honda when we get our next car, which will likely be within two years. More

Great service - bad after-taste I traded -in my car for a new one her and it was a great experience to get the process completed. Asides my high mileage, the traded car is in very go I traded -in my car for a new one her and it was a great experience to get the process completed. Asides my high mileage, the traded car is in very good condition which has been serviced at the same dealership for years. My new car started wobbling 2 days later on the freeway. Service dept. says the tires are "cupped" and need to be replaced. Although the car was advertised with warranty, they would't cover the tire replacement. I guess this was known before the car was sold and the dealership didn't do anything about it - not good!! I have to cough out $1k to solve this problem that wasn't disclosed - not good!! :( More
