Rude. I spoke with someone about leasing a car. I hadn't made a decision on a vehicle yet, but was left an extremely rude voicemail. His exact words were "I I spoke with someone about leasing a car. His exact words were "I know you're looking at competitors, but you never liked your Chevy in the first place so I'm surprised you're going back to them." I never said I didn't like my Chevy, I was just exploring my options. I'm shocked that anyone trying to get my business would leave a rude voicemail and this is absolutely NOT the way to get my business. I definitely will not be returning to this dealership, or Honda anytime soon. Thanks More
