Service department was quick to fix my Durango but the lack of communication and the two times I came inside to drop off the vehicle and pick up my vehicle there were people yelling at a service advisors lack of communication and the two times I came inside to drop off the vehicle and pick up my vehicle there were people yelling at a service advisors and then two employees yelling and standing toe to toe ready to fight. This was the WORST dealership experience. I was there for service on a warranty item dealing with my gas tank. They kept my car for 6 days and did not fix the problem , and said that it was n I was there for service on a warranty item dealing with my gas tank. I went to a second dealership in Butler to have the problem corrected immediately while I waited that day. DON'T Go to this dealership! More
