I went in there very cautiously due to some previous bad experiences at dealers. But when I say I was very impressed with the service I received is an understatement. Gabriel was extremely knowledgable abo experiences at dealers. But when I say I was very impressed with the service I received is an understatement. Gabriel was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and any questions I had. He even say in the vehicle with me to show me all the systems thoroughly. I never felt any pressure to buy or I was getting "robbed". Overall I was very impressed with the staff and the building. Now I'm driving in a brand new Grand Cherokee that I love at a price I'm happy with. More

Gabe is an exceptional salesman. He listened to what our needs are as a family, talked us through options and relieved any stress. Where to start?? What a great crew. They had to work twice as hard with the banks to get me approved, and did just that. He will take honest and fair care of you. I don't have the same to say about the company for which he works. I have tried, on 8 different occasions, to contact someone from the company, other than Gabriel, to discuss various matters and I have NEVER received a call back. 8 TIMES!! The most recent was to complain about the fact that, after I had signed my car loan, I drove the car home and a week later received my new Dodge Mastercard credit card. I didn't even sign up for one. I called the card company and they said the dealer must have signed me up for it. REALLY?? They would just do that? I have not been able to confirm it was them because THEY HAVEN'T CALLED ME BACK. This is just one of the MANY complaints I have about the company. Gabe was nice enough to explain all of the ways they LIE in their ads. They advertise the lowest price for a vehicle but you have to be in the military and a senior citizen and born on a Tuesday afternoon during a snowstorm in July during an eclipse. It's ridiculous. I know they ALL do this but come on, take a risk and TELL THE TRUTH!! This dealership is why I (and everyone else) HATE shopping for cars. Gabe on the other hand, brought back some faith in me. I went to this Chrysler JEEP dealer to get a price comparison to the one other JEEP dealer I had already visited. I was introduced to Regis A Larkin, Sr, who was pleasant enough. The first interesting thing was that there wasn't one JEEP Grand Cherokee in the showroom...we had to walk around the entire lot looking to see what they had on hand, which wasn't much fun on a hot, rainy humid summer day. Finally picking one out, we returned to his desk and, after crunching some numbers he came back with a price that was substantially worse than the price I'd already gotten from the other JEEP dealer I'd already been to. When I told Regis that, he asked me if I was "prepared to sign today". When I responded that I was not as I wanted my partner to come see the car, his response to me was...."OH, THIS WAS ALL FOR NOTHING THEN?" Incredulously, I answered no,... that I just wanted my partner's agreement on this new car (because he seriously wanted another brand of SUV). Regis' response to that was, "OH, YOU CAN'T MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION?" To which I said I could but ....again....I wanted my partner to come see the car and further, that they hadn't even MATCHED the price I already had! So Regis went back to his manager and when he returned, the price was really not much better from their original offer. When I said, "I guess you really don't want to do a deal then?"....Regis responded....."I guess not!" I got up, said goodbye, and left, vowing never to return to that dealer again! More
