I went to my Credit Union to secure the funds and when I called back (Same day) the sales person told me that he had sold the car for 5k more than what we had agreed upon. Cauly did not ask me for a deposit otherwise I would have given one. I also tried to connect with Cauly but he had conveniently "gone home for the day" I also tried to reach out to another Sales Manager (Adam Solomon) who coldly just rattled off what the legalese were in the state of New Jersey and then hung up on me. Regardless of whatever laws exist to protect a dealership or consumers in transactions, if you cannot take people at their word there is a serious breakdown in an organization and culture. It will only be a matter of time before this catches up to them in the short and long term. I choose to have compassion for Cauly and the people that have to work in that environment. I can only imagine the pain and suffering that they must be going through internally to allow that to happen in their business. Needless to say I would stay away from doing business with the Route 46 group until they can up level their business ethics and practices. More

Horrible customer service I live in NY and purchased a vehicle and they insisted on getting the plates so i paid the fee and taxes and they supplied me with temp plates now it' I live in NY and purchased a vehicle and they insisted on getting the plates so i paid the fee and taxes and they supplied me with temp plates now it's been almost 3 weeks and my Temp plates are about to expire and no plates all they want is to charge you all these incidental fees and after they get your money forget it. they don't know you Gonna call 7 on your side More

Would not recommend the dealership to anyone Issue 1) At the time of purchase, it didn't occur to the salesperson to mention to me that there was only key. Instead, just before driving away, I Issue 1) At the time of purchase, it didn't occur to the salesperson to mention to me that there was only key. Instead, just before driving away, I had to ask for the second key and I was told they only had one and I would have to come on a Tuesday to get a second key. I repeatedly contacted salesperson to see if I could come in on a Saturday because I didn't want to miss work or take a day off for to get a second key. Each time I brought it up, the salesperson would say "let me check" or "I'll get back to you" and this has been going on for nearly 5 months. Despite dealership being at fault, I'm expected to work around the service department's schedule / availability, miss work, and take time off to get a key THEY SHOULD HAVE PROVIDED on day one. Alternatively, I have the option of dropping my car off on a Saturday and picking it up on Monday because "we have one of busiest services departments in the area and can't accommodate walk-ins" Issue 2) The jeep I leased was (and still is) missing the covers to the lift-gate hinges. Admittedly, as the consumer, I should have done my due diligence before driving away to make sure all was ok with the car. But on the flipside, what the xxxx was the dealership doing? Clearly they are not inspecting the vehicles they are selling for missing parts / damages. It was about a week or two before I realized the covers were missing. I went to dealership, spoke with the salesperson, and showed him and the guy at the parts desk exactly what missing. I was told the covers would arrive within a week and the salesperson said he would call me. 5 months have gone by and I'm still waiting for that call. Issue 3) The day I leased the vehicle, while at the dealership, I called my insurance company and updated the policy with the lien information the salesperson had provided me. Fast forward two days and I get a call from the salesperson saying the lienholder information on the binder they received was incorrect and had to be updated. Never mind the fact that I had given insurance company exactly the information he had told me. Nonetheless, I updated the information and faxed it over. Fast forward about 3 and a half weeks. I'm still driving around with temp plates after having contacted the salesperson several times asking what was taking so long for my plates to come in. It never occurred to him to actually look into what might be delaying the process. Turns out, they had lost the fax, so their finance dept was never able to update their records, and therefore hadn't request license plates. His excuse "oh we have so many salespeople here, it's hard to keep track" Issue 4) I received a car with less than half a tank of gas. Issue 5) A blind xxxxxx with a one arm tied behinds its back could have done a better job washing and vacuuming the car than whoever washed it. More

I called Saturday March 2, 2019 to ask them about the cost and availability of the tire. I was on the phone for 20 minutes and going back and forth with part and service to schedule my appointment. I was told they had the tired and CONFIRMED it. They made the appointment for the following Monday on the morning, in which I sent my husband since the car is under his name. As he went in to drop the car off he was told the tire wasn’t there and that it would be ready Tuesday afternoon. Of course I was upset because I work in the city and I wrong back and forth is expensive for something I called and confirmed. I called the service rep ( Shawn) and he passed me to the manager, Danny told me there’s nothing he can not even discount this tire or throw any kind of service for the inconvenience. Yet he told me I can use this tire for 500 miles which after I did my research it says it’s only safe to use it for up to 70 miles. So aside from us just having a snow storm and the roads being bad he wants me to keep risking my safety. He didn’t even offer a loaner car for the days we wouldn’t have the vehicle instead he told me to just pick up the car and drive it and come back. I was very upset and dissatisfied with the service department when I recently went with my brother to buy a car from this particular dealership. Very upsetting and dissatisfied with the service More
