I am sure there are lovely people working there but I will tell you my experience with a particular salesman Joe Daoud and his general manager Mike Cibellis. I am not to one to generalize but these guys, especially, Joe, fits the stereotypical car salesman who tries to screw you over by any means. Not only he lied about someone else waiting in the next room to buy the same car to pressure me, typical cliché, but he also lied about the condition of the car. How convenient the person was waiting the day I arrived and instead of leaving their number for a call back they waited several hours in the room.. Also the the front bumper of the car was replaced (after telling me there was no work done on the car) something I noticed with my mechanic after getting under the car.. I contacted the general manager about the situation who was present that day and unsurprisingly I never heard back. Long story short, dishonesty at its best. Unless your dream car is in there, avoid the place or these two people.. More
First of all BEWARE! the salesman at this dealership are shady and they don't keep their word. I have three Nissans that I own and every time I have brought my car in I get told a million things are wrong shady and they don't keep their word. Besides the fact that my transmission went at 30,000 miles on my "brand new" car or how they "forgot" to tell me and hid the fact that my car was in an accident before they sold it to me. I have always given this dealership the benefit of the doubt. I recently brought my car in for an oil change, I knew my car needed a tire balance, rotation, and alignment because the car had been shaking and pulling to the left. So even though money has been extremely tight I paid to have it all done. I was told it was take an hour, but it actually took 2 1/2 hours, which is fine, I was told once I received my car back that my car was in great working condition. But I soon learned once I started driving my car, that my car was still pulling to the left and the car was shaking uncontrollably, worse than when I brought my car in. I am now scared to drive my car and feel unsafe driving my car. The car I pay $600 a month for, I drive my boyfriend's truck from now on. Do not go to this dealership, they won't fix your car, I wish I could give this place -1000 stars because that's what they deserve! More

I purchased my car there OCTOBER 2020. I got the run around with my registration. No help could help me. Sales guy Anthony kept putting me onto sales Manager Bernard. Roy Nunez was so helpful and i was very nervous and afraid to let go of my old vehicle. I found a 2020 Nissan Rouge, beautiful color and style on Cars.com. He definitely made my dreams come true for me and my fiancee in purchasing a safe and reliable vehicle. It was a rough night saying goodbye to my old vehicle, but he assured me that this new 2020 Nissan Rouge was perfect and definitely safe for me. All dealerships should have an employee like Roy Nunez on their staff. Thank you again for everything Roy Nunez. He definitely should be appreciated for all his hard work and patience with me. Worst experience - fraudulent dealership - do NOT buy here! We bought a used Rogue in June 2020. The purchase process was ok, but then it got really bad. We paid USD 339 registration fee and WE STILL HAV here! We bought a used Rogue in June 2020. The purchase process was ok, but then it got really bad. We paid USD 339 registration fee and WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR LICENSE PLATES. It is December now! We can prove that Nissan 46 never processed the registration. We have been driving with expired plates for months. We emailed and called at least a dozen times and our sales associate Bret Schelhamer has never acted and always found excuses and told us lies for months, such as: The DMV is on it. We are now in the process of informing the NJ attorney general of this apparent fraudulent scheme and hiring a lawyer. Again, it is not worth it - do not buy here. More
