I would highly recommend Rowe Ford/Hyundai in Westbrook. I purchased my vehicle there about 9 months ago. This was one of the easiest dealerships I have worked with. I did my research knowing what I wanted to pay and what my trade-in was worth. No typical dealership haggling which was nice. Ken Sweet was great and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I started out at Prime, offered me 2000 below book on my trade in and that was not what I wanted. The sales manager basically told me I would not get what I wanted so I would be better off to keep my current car and I walked out. I will not go back there again. I would recommend Rowe over Prime as Rowe treated me very well in the sale of my new Hyundai and I got a good price on my trade in. More

Great group of people and definitely focused on customer service. My wife had taken a 2008 Ford Edge for a test ride a week ago and also tested a 2008 Traverse at Prime auto group. Jason called us as a follow up this past Saturday to see if we had any interest and I was actually going to Rowe to test drive the Edge(because my wife was concerned about leg room for me).He was ready and waiting for me when I arrived -drove the vehicle and approximately 2 hours later I was driving home my wifes new vehicle -it was that simple. Ray in the finance department was a huge help,he is very knowlegable and I felt he actually cared and worked hard to find the best deal on financing the Edge.I would recommend to anyone to check out Rowe for a vehicle purchase -I can tell you we did not recieve anywhere as good of treatment from Prime Hyndai.
