I had worked with two dealerships, before Royal, to buy a SUV and I was not impressed with either of them. With Royal, it was a great experience working with Chase & Micah. This dealership is a breath of fre SUV and I was not impressed with either of them. With Royal, it was a great experience working with Chase & Micah. This dealership is a breath of fresh air and no other dealerships even come close. Chase Murphy was very responsive to my online request for information with text messages, email and followed up with a phone call. The whole buying process was smooth & fast with no issues or pressure. The CX-5 price was listed by KBB as a Great Price, no market markup which was very refreshing. Their offer on my trade in was more than fair. At 61, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, bar none. I will gladly recommend Royal to everyone! No wonder you are the #1 dealer in the state and you have won the Consumer Satisfaction Award 3 years in a row! More
