Justin in sales and Brooks in service department are the main folks I dealt with, and they are quite amazing it was Saturday and my 80 year old mother’s 2012 Jetta was broken and needed a part that wasnt av main folks I dealt with, and they are quite amazing it was Saturday and my 80 year old mother’s 2012 Jetta was broken and needed a part that wasnt available for quite some time because of COVID. She lives 200 miles away and has to have a reliable car to drive. Nevertheless they worked us out an awesome deal on a 2017 Jetta now she has a back up camera. They recognized the situation and got it done quickly and helped us every step of the way. Thank you both !! More
