We are very sorry we could not complete the transaction. Due to privacy issues this would not be an appropriate place to review the reasons why your loan could not get approved. If you are having difficulty with adverse credit inquiries appearing on your credit report we recommend challenging these directly with the credit bureau and providing them with a letter of explanation. We unfortunately cannot control how any bureaus display or calculate their scores. Please note that the letter you mentioned you received is more than likely an "adverse action" letter. This is standard to be sent out to anyone who has applied for credit and did not have a score greater than 700. The outcome of this situation is obviously not our intent. As a dealership trying to facilitate your goals we hope that you can understand that we must work within lender guidelines and rarely situations arise where we cannot locate a lender willing to approve a loan. On the matter of the item left in the vehicle: We mailed this item but it was returned to us by the post office. On Feb 14 we re-sent this item via overnight delivery. Please let us know if it did not arrive and we can provide you with tracking information.
