Excellent Car Buying Experience Having had many bad experiences with car buying years ago, I bought my first vehicle through Royal in 2000, and have stayed loyal to them ever since. It is refreshing to work with the same salesperson through my numerous purchases. My salesperson retired last year, and Royal matched me up with a new one and I can say that the culture at this dealership carries through to all the staff! Ryan listened to what I wanted and found the best car for me, and the buying process was as smooth as always. And a shout out to the Service Department as well for the professionalism and great care they take to make sure the customer is happy.
