The process was actually much faster and we were cordially greated or communicated with kindly by near everyone in facility. The thing with Kia is they didn't just help us get a car off the lot. Sean was real and relatable and saying he went above and beyond for me and my family does no justice. After doing some type of magic, this man came through with not just a car, but gap coverage (that my last dealer left me without) body and wheel coverage all for a monthly price I used to pay biweekly! Oh....and ROSES!! *tears up* Our situation was unique and so was our rep Sean. No, we aren't rich and we don't have perfect credit....we just had someone who CARED about our situation and that's rare in any industry.
