My Salesman Luis Torres was a joy to work with. My new Sportage SX Prestige was perfect when we arrived- I was presented with a dozen roses and a big red bow on my car (TELL ME WHO DOES THIS) the paperwork only took about 1.5 hours, and we were on the road- The customer service from Luis and The Royal Kia is second to none! I’m from the East Valley in AZ all the dealers were charging between 3K- 5K market adjustment on their cars- NOT ROYAL KIA- they were NOT price gouging like the others taking advantage of low inventory and passing that cost on to the customer. Royal Kia is a dealership you can TRUST!! Thank you again Luis- you are a true gentleman. BRAVO Royal Kia for getting it RIGHT!! Beth L More
