When it comes to the rest of Royal Moore, unfortunately while no unpleasantness was exchanged between myself and the staff, I was informed second hand that certain individuals had not only disparaged my occupation but had expressed they did not want to continue to do business. This was pretty disappointing, and a little upsetting, as up until this point I had a very positive opinion of the business. I managed to get my business handled elsewhere, about 40 minutes away, but had any effort been made to reach out and discuss options, I would have been happy to come back once their standards had been met. While there are shining stars like Mo at this dealership, there are definitely options out there that conduct themselves more professionally. More
