I worked with Recan to order our PHEV Crosstrek, and he made it a pleasure (if I can say that about buying a car that cost about twice what my first house cost; but then that just shows I'm getting old). H made it a pleasure (if I can say that about buying a car that cost about twice what my first house cost; but then that just shows I'm getting old). He kept us up to date on expected delivery, and when it came we were able to work through the paperwork with little hassle, and I was able to drive off with little delay. My only negative concern was the "theft charge" Royal Moore insists on tacking on. It turns out to be a micro-etching theft insurance that is overpriced and superfluous for a new Subaru that has an alarm system, and vehicle tracking installed. Other than that, a great car and pleasant buying experience. More

Mauricio was extremely helpful in the process of me buying a new Outback! When I first showed up, there a stop sale on all Outbacks due to a recall on a part.
