Kim is a major asset for Subaru’s Service department. When I brought my car in I was scared I thought it was basically done for. Kim was very helpful and very understanding she sent me home with a loan When I brought my car in I was scared I thought it was basically done for. Kim was very helpful and very understanding she sent me home with a loaner car and told me she would be in touch in a few days as it was Thursday evening and Monday was a holiday. When Kim reached out to me she had everything figured out. Turns out I needed a new head gasket along with a bunch of other parts, which would total a lot of money!! But Kim had gone above and beyond for me and had already talked to the extended warranty Royal Moore has on their vehicles and was able to get them to cover most of the work with a couple super low deductibles!! I don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t done that for me! Thank you Kim and thank you Royal Moore Subaru!! More
After purchasing a brand new car I noticed that my windows were a bit rough going up and down. Royal Moore had traded with another dealership to get me this car and I don't believe the other dealershi windows were a bit rough going up and down. Royal Moore had traded with another dealership to get me this car and I don't believe the other dealership had stored it in an ideal place as the window tracks were covered in gunk. Despite the windows being brand new, something seemed a little off. I stopped by the service center and Steve took a quick look. He suggested it was still the break in period for the windows but did notice how nasty they looked after rolling them down and up a few times. He took the time to clean and lubricate the tracks on the windows when the porters had all left for the day. Now, the windows are working great. Seems silly, something I probably could've done myself but I appreciate his willingness to give it a look and clean them out to make sure my new Subaru is working like a new Subaru should. More
I brought my car in back on a saturday because my maintenance warning light was on and it was not reset when i brought it in for my new car's 1st service on wed. I was told by Steve that i would nee maintenance warning light was on and it was not reset when i brought it in for my new car's 1st service on wed. I was told by Steve that i would need to wait 2hrs to get my maintenance reset. 2hrs to wait for a reset? After i complained he took my car to get reset and i got the car back within 7mins. He wanted me to wait 2hrs for a reset that took less than 7mins. He needs to be checked if he is causing other customers wasted time for simple tasks on their cars. Techs should not adjust the drivers seat for a wheel alignment. Totally unnecessary and adds to the frustrations of a delay in the shop getting the car back on the road.
