We had a great experience with the help of Ronaldo and Owen! These are personal and helpful guys and really worked with us through the process of trading in my truck for a new Tundra and also buying back Owen! Emily and Ben were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The services were done quickly. I came in for a 10,000 mile check and needed some additional services. During a chat a couple of week prior to my app The services were done quickly. I came in for a 10,000 mile check and needed some additional services. During a chat a couple of week prior to my appointment. I asked that they be added to my appointment. I was told (chat) they had been and that a service advisor would contact me. That didn't happen, nor was I contacted after leaving two subsequent voice mails for service advisors. Ben took the time to meet with me and explain that the dealership has fairly new system. I encourage you to fix your system very quickly so you can properly support your staff and customers. More
