I have never personally dealt with Royal Moore and while out driving Sunday afternoon with my wife, decided to drop in and check on a car. I had just sold my Dodge Ram 3500. When we stepped inside, Andrew s out driving Sunday afternoon with my wife, decided to drop in and check on a car. I had just sold my Dodge Ram 3500. When we stepped inside, Andrew saw us and immediately offered his help. When I told him what I was looking for, he took me out to the lineup. Longer story short, he was very helpful in a cordial, yet businesslike way. He is obviously very familiar with the systems on the cars, as well as how to set them up and use them on a cell phone. I am thoroughly pleased with the way Andrew conducted himself, and with the way he treated us during our time there. He is an excellent representative for your company! More

This was a horrible experience in the service department. I was charged $175 for no work to be done. And was told that my total amount of work would be $675 and my car would be out for about 3 to 5 days. Whe I was charged $175 for no work to be done. I would recommend NO ONE use this company because they will take your money for services that they didn't do. More
