Royal Moore has friendly staff from the minute I arrived who completed a multi-point inspection on my car for free after hearing about my experience at Beaverton Toyota. Royal Moore Toyota staff found my engine filter replacement I paid for was not replaced, the oil plug was not fastened all the way, and the oil filter was not completely secured. I have an over 6 hour trip this weekend with my family and would have been a horriblr disaster if not for Royal Moore Toyota. Royal Moore Toyota kept me informed of everything as they progressed and provided an inspection report. I highly recommend this location to everyone!! More

My first oil change here ever, but Caroline was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. She walked me through the steps, was calm and patient and made me feel right at ease.
