He answered all of my questions, kept me informed as to the status of my car, and was ready for our appointment (vehicle washed, fully gassed up, and parked right by the door for ease of access). When we were ready to buy, he helped make that as smooth as possible up to the handoff to the finance department. Thanks so much, Gabriel, for a terrific car buying experience! Patrick in the finance department was also amazing - the paperwork (although there was a lot of it) got completed quickly and completely. And he was helpful and friendly too. Scott Jonassen was amazing to work with. He was diligent and helpful in me securing my new car. I was disappointed with the Financing situation - Scott had papers 95% completed when I arrive He was diligent and helpful in me securing my new car. I was disappointed with the Financing situation - Scott had papers 95% completed when I arrived so we moved through those quickly. After that, we had to wait 45 minutes before the Financing person was ready. On top of that, there were multiple times they asked me to pay an incorrect number and I had to correct them. Would HIGHLY recommend Scott and Royal Moore, just make sure to take a close look at the dollars. More
