I’ve spent a lot of time over the past two months checking out Toyotas and visiting many local dealerships and especially after some very stressful experiences I was really thrilled at how welcoming checking out Toyotas and visiting many local dealerships and especially after some very stressful experiences I was really thrilled at how welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable all of the help I received from Brandon English was. It’s my first time purchasing a new car and there were a lot of moving pieces but he was incredibly patient and helpful and I never felt rushed or pressured to rush such a big decision. I also really want to emphasize: I spent many hours speaking with quite a few dealerships and Brandon’s transparency about the process and up front attitude was incredibly refreshing and feels rare! Every part of this process was organized, stress-free, and he was communicative and proactive throughout each step of the process. I would absolutely work with Royal Moore again and have recommended Brandon to a few of my friends already! More
