Above and beyond response to issues I was experiencing with my 2020 Prius Prime. In a rural area I had been having mouse problems. Greg showed me likely point of entry through the air intake of passenger with my 2020 Prius Prime. In a rural area I had been having mouse problems. Successful installation on first try. Also had a sticking driver door automatic lock which he applied some lubricant. So far, so good. I always prefer the easy and less expensive first approach to ripping off the door panel to investigate unknown cause. Original reason for service was to replace damaged front wheel panels which Vladimir did in quick order. More
