I had the oil change service on my 2016 Toyota Camry LE done here. Kadin, the service advisor, was friendly and accommodating. However, immediately after the service my engine started making a heavy metall done here. Kadin, the service advisor, was friendly and accommodating. However, immediately after the service my engine started making a heavy metallic scraping noise. When I checked the oil, the technician had put barely any in! I had to change my oil someplace else all over again, which seemed to correct the immediate issue, approximately 3 days later. They did an oil consumption test and found the car was not burning or leaking oil in any way. I contacted the dealership and they ignored my concerns, no one even called me back-- after I had sent a email/message online. If my motor or engine sustained any damage from their failure to complete a routine service correctly, I will be contacting my attorney. The technician that worked on my car obviously didn't know what he was doing, and shouldn't be working on customer cars. Very disappointed, won't be going back (unless damage to internal motor parts is found due to their failure). More
