Royal Moore treated the engine warning code about the catalytic converter as a serious matter. Royal Moore fixed and replaced the bad catalytic converter, provided a loaner, and updated me as it was bei catalytic converter as a serious matter. Very happy to have made the trip to Hillsboro. Absolutely the best service I’ve had, the entire office works as one team, took the time to explain the needed service and understand my situation.
