Our transmission is having problems at only 22,000 miles on our RAV4. The diagnostic was not able to determine the problem. We had a vacation planned and were very nervous to take our car on a trip withou on our RAV4. The diagnostic was not able to determine the problem. We had a vacation planned and were very nervous to take our car on a trip without the problem resolved. Rudy Luther gave us a loaner RAV4 for our trip. It was such a relief. The problem is still not fixed as we can’t get it to repeat. But clearly Rudy Luther will work with us on this issue. I’m giving a 2 star to the work done as nothing reach got done except test driving. More
