Jesse did a great job of listening to me when I spoke about what I wanted and not trying to upsell me to something that wouldn't fit. He was also very responsive when I called out of his normal work hour about what I wanted and not trying to upsell me to something that wouldn't fit. He was also very responsive when I called out of his normal work hours, due to the urgent nature of my situation. He also took care of much of the purchasing processes before I came to the dealership on the day I actually bought my car, which meant I didn't waste time. My purchase wasn't overly complicated - I simply bought a new car, no trade-in - but it was a good experience overall. More
