Patience Usually when I get a new car I know exactly what I want and try to get in and out quickly- I don’t like shopping. But my recent purchase was totally different- I thought I wanted one thing, but evidently I didn’t. After we got me all set up with auto # 1 - paperwork, the whole deal - I changed my mind. Even though I’ve been buying cars from Tom Decker for over 20 years, I thought he might get exasperated when I told him I wanted to get a Highlander instead of the RAV 4, but instead he simply said “Well, we better go for a test drive!” This was after already spending quite a bit of time teaching me about all the cool features of the RAV 4, and now he had to start all over! It gets better, last evening I called him to ask him how to do a few things in the Highlander and he offered to come right out to show me. He spent a good hour tutoring me on how to set up text messages and that kind of thing! This was my first time at Rudy Luther and I’ll be back - thanks so much! More
