After our test drive with the Highlander, she was able to get things processed and in place so that we could pick up our new vehicle in just a few days. We loved all the features that she showed us on the Highlander before we drove off - most important was syncing my phone. 30,000 mile check up Mia assisted me when I arrived. She was wonderful. I had questions about my navigation system.
