Quick and Easy The service station was very professional at this location. I pulled in around 6 with a check engine sign and was out the door at 7:30. After looking at their used Rav4’s on a Friday, I went home and compared vehicles and prices to other metro dealerships and theirs were the best for the year and mileage. I went back the next morning to buy one. Michael told us that the prices are set by a computer and that they’d be going up, and I noticed that they did after that. So I know he was being honest and helpful, not pushy. Josh was very honest, informative and not pushy at all when telling us the benefits of the extended warranty. One suggestion I have is to tell customers about the warranty earlier, giving them time to think and discuss it together in a different area while Josh is getting the paperwork ready. Also, I would have liked my name to be first one the paperwork and my phone number to be on their as well as my husband’s since I went in alone to look first and it will be my car. More

The first two years of ownership, I serviced my car here because I received free oil changes with my purchase. I always had good experiences. However, it is a bit of a drive, so when the free services ended, so did my visits. I’ve been to other mechanics since, and just recently returned - I’m so glad I did! Jason was so helpful for selecting snow tires, and Kevin helped with all of the other repairs. (100,000 miles and two recalls) I was treated so kindly and I am very satisfied! No extra or hidden fees, no problems getting financing with favorable terms, and, generally, no hiccups in the process. The people I dealt with were personable and professional. This was an out-of-state sale. When I did have problems with the NYS DMV (getting the new vehicle registered in my home state), they worked through it with me, long after I drove the vehicle off the lot. Lon was my salesman, and he was patient and helpful, as was the associate in the business office. From fielding my questions and concerns (regarding the vehicle or the financing and the details of the sale itself) to dealing with my insurance company, throughout the entire process, everybody was very professional and polite, never appearing to be rattled or upset. I would recommend this dealer to anyone sincerely looking for a good vehicle at the right price, and I definitely will consider coming back when I look for my next vehicle! More
