Ron is a great guy. His manager has poor customer service I'm not sure who the manager was but dif things we wanted for our car he was not helpful. We bought a ford flex and one simple thing...it was suppose I'm not sure who the manager was but dif things we wanted for our car he was not helpful. We bought a ford flex and one simple thing...it was suppose to come with a card that had the keyless entry code and they said their dealership can't get into the ford system to figure out the code so we had to call a ford dealership and they charge $45 to hook up our car to the computer and he wouldn't even reimburse us or help us find the factory code. HOWEVER sales guy Ron McAllister was much more helpful..he said his manager wouldn't work with us and so Ron said he would split the cost. It just seems like after spending so much on a vehicle that the cost would be minor to them. It seems like the manager would try for better customer service. Won't be back to him. More
