I had to have the car towed in due to failed alternator on a snowy day. The service department got the car in immediately and repaired early the next morning. Service was slow. I needed to pick up my car before sunset, because I do not drive in poor light. I called Erik and he gave me Misha's number, so he could give me a ri I needed to pick up my car before sunset, because I do not drive in poor light. I called Erik and he gave me Misha's number, so he could give me a ride. I called Misha and told him about my problem. I said I needed to get to the dealership because sunset was in about five minutes. Misha said, "I will be there in two minutes!" Misha kept his promise and I got home before dark. Thank you, Misha!
