Nick Li told us exactly what to bring with us with our trade in. After arriving he went over the process and showed us our new vehicle. 1. Advisor is not knowledgeable on what needs to be done. Not aware of the recall was done. Asked him to check on the passenger review mirror adjustment. He is said he tried to pull it and he couldn't do it. I was expecting alternate suggestions from him. The answer he gave me on paint wasn't acceptable. 2. Communication gap between advisor and the parts team. Though I have went and told him there are parts I have purchased and asked him to bring to Andy after the service was done, another person came back to me even before that. When I asked did the parts got installed and he didn't know what that was. 3. Parts team didn't install the mat stating that they don't have a vacuum at store and asked me to install it. Seriously you do not have vacuum at your store?? I have been charged with another $90 dollars for just the mud guard installation alone. More

Scott Smith has been selling me cars for years (okay - he has also sold cars to my wife and children). He makes it easy. He is responsive, helpful, friendly and wildly communicative. The buying of this vehicle took time due to supply chain issues. Scott kept me informed as soon as he had information. He was honest and as positive as possible based on the supply chain challenges.
