1. Advisor is not knowledgeable on what needs to be done. Not aware of the recall was done. Asked him to check on the passenger review mirror adjustment. Communication gap between advisor and the parts team. Though I have went and told him there are parts I have purchased and asked him to bring to Andy after the service was done, another person came back to me even before that. When I asked did the parts got installed and he didn't know what that was. 3. Parts team didn't install the mat stating that they don't have a vacuum at store and asked me to install it. Seriously you do not have vacuum at your store?? I have been charged with another $90 dollars for just the mud guard installation alone. More
