I came in for an oil change. Then they told me my brakes needed pads, front was 1mm and the back was 0, then they gave me a free rental because the pins were rusted to the rotor Then they told me my brakes needed pads, front was 1mm and the back was 0, then they gave me a free rental because the pins were rusted to the rotor and I could not leave because the caliper was locked on. They went the extra mile to clean up the pins saving me the cost of new calipers! What a great dealership keeping me safe. Whoever worked on my truck is very intelligent and I appreciate the honestly which in turn saved me from having an accident. Mia also worked with the service technicians explaining to me what was happening from the brake picture in the entry. If only the world worked like they did we would all be safe and happy. Thank you!
