while staff was friendly, she was also multitasking on multiple different customers while supposed to be addressing me. The supervisor even interrupted our interaction to ask about another customer's repa multiple different customers while supposed to be addressing me. The supervisor even interrupted our interaction to ask about another customer's repair and she engaged, then called the other customer (who didnt answer) and reported back to the sup before returning to assist with my check in. When my car was ready, she came over to me to sign paperwork and was also on the phone (assuming on hold since it was at her ear but not talking). Her attention definitely was not focused on me for our interactions and that created a negative customer service experience. The oil change was good, no concerns with the tech service. More
