By far the WORST experience I've ever had with a dealership! I was literally yelled at by this manager in the middle of the show room because he didn't want to work with my bank, who pre-approved my dealership! I was literally yelled at by this manager in the middle of the show room because he didn't want to work with my bank, who pre-approved my loan. Fortunately, Ziegler Honda was able to sell me the same make/model the very next morning using financing through my credit union with no issues! More

Very clean and the employees are nice. Only issue is that you cannot get in and out for an oil change in less than 2+ hours. I was quoted 1 hour and 15 minutes with a car wash and that was Only issue is that you cannot get in and out for an oil change in less than 2+ hours. I was quoted 1 hour and 15 minutes with a car wash and that was not the case. I understand that things happen but I had to go to the desk to ask about my car after 2 hours because I was becoming late for work. 10 minutes later my car was ready but sadly no car wash. They also used to have snacks by the coffee machine. More

The person at the desk was great! Enrique I believe. The car came out of the garage and it looked like the tire was deflated. They took it back in and after 15 mins brought it out. When I drove it the next day after driving for 30 mins my low tire pressure light came on? I tried to fill tires with air but the light stayed on. Not t happy!! More
