Before the sale, he explained features of the car and patiently answered all of our questions. He was there for us when we needed him, quickly responding to emails. He followed up two or three days after we took our new car home to make sure everything was perfect. I saw him at the dealership about 10 days after the purchase (to have an accessory installed) and he again wanted to make sure everything was good.
