Walked into Russ Darrow looking for a car walked out with a GEM!! I was walking through the Russ Darrow's lot just looking at the vehicles which were well maintained and properly presentable when I was G a GEM!! I was walking through the Russ Darrow's lot just looking at the vehicles which were well maintained and properly presentable when I was Greeted by Brandon the manager who was awesome and professional we chit chatted to get an idea of what I was looking for and he invited me in to talk further. When we walked in Brandon being the manager had things to handle and he politely handed my significant and myself off to Xavier Troupe. Xavier instantly was great as we started to talk we had a great connection with him and could tell he was trying to understand us and what we were looking for he had a great no pressure presence which made it super easy to ask questions as this was the first time I ever bought a car from a dealership. Anything and everything that we asked he answered or sought the means to get us a answer, it was a great experience with a person who seemed to really grasp our situation. his demeanor and professionalism helped make it comfortable for us to really understand the process of buying a car from a dealership. I definitely recommend Russ Darrow and there staff again in particular Xavier who deserves huge kudos I will definitely buy my next car there because I know they will take care of me and my family.
