Joseph, We asked you multiple times to bring the vehicle in so we could look at it. Yet you chose not too! The vehicle was in fine working order when it was traded in and when it was purchased. All you had to do was bring it in so we could look at. And most likely we would have fixed it. For some reason you found this difficult to do. Then you give us a bad review. We can't help If you refuse to bring the vehicle in. You made an appt and then didnt show up. What more can we do?

I addressed the canceled first appointment and my reasoning behind it. Also, it did seem difficult to do because I kept being told well “I’m not sure” and “you might get charged” and things saying the manufacturer warranty does not cover cosmetic items. How can this not be off putting for a customer to be unsure of what to do? You say come in but then a bunch of negative things. Makes everything confusing and not easy. I’m not sure why I have to defend a review. It’s the way I felt I was treated. Is the customer not always right? On the other hand, I’ve been speaking with Jonathan Taylor in service and he has 10/10 customer service. Right away he was helpful and got everything prepared for me. Good attitude and good service without me feeling confused, unsure or like I had to defend myself. Great employee. 👍
