Duda Strikes Again! 2 years ago I purchased my uses Optima from Mike Duda. I brought her in for an oil change on Monday, and I started eyeing up the Soul and Sportage. I 2 years ago I purchased my uses Optima from Mike Duda. I brought her in for an oil change on Monday, and I started eyeing up the Soul and Sportage. I didn’t need a new car, but had been thinking about upgrading to a family vehicle. My husband and I came back on Saturday and we test drove a few cars. Mike was not irritated with us for not being sure of what we wanted and went through the features of both while keeping our price point in mind. Duda knows how to get it done, and get it done fast. I love his no BS attitude and is totally up front with us, and we can be honest with him in our feelings about a vehicle. He doesn’t try to sell something he knows we are not sold on. He lets us figure it out and this is our 2nd deal with him, and we couldn’t be happier with both times. More

Incompetence This entire dealership was unorganized. The salesperson, Tionne, gave statements that were contradicted by the manager, Steve. I had an appointment to This entire dealership was unorganized. The salesperson, Tionne, gave statements that were contradicted by the manager, Steve. I had an appointment to see a car, and the salesperson arrived late. No one else offered to help us. They put the wrong VIN on the sales and title paperwork. This was discovered by myself, not the dealer. We had to go back to the dealer the next day to correct he vehicle registration. We were told the service manager would speak to us about future service needs, and that never happened. Would never buy from them again. More
