As for the experience, it was good but the one thing I would recommend to toyota that your competitor does, at least put GAP in front of a first-time lessee. We were kind of blind-sided and felt compelled to add approx $15 to our monthly payment to include GAP Insurance (which your major competitor includes - granted you may not have a choice to decline with that brand, but it is something that feels like a bit of a "bait&switch" when the lease price on a corolla is less than an "x" and then you find out it would have been a bit closer by the time you "add on". More

I give the experience a 5 star rating. The salesman was forthright and positive as was the paper pusher/money man. The transaction was completed in relatively jig time. Again, was a great experience taking our Camry in for it's routine maintenance. We need a new headlight lense cover due to moisture getting inside and we were told they needed to order it and will call it's routine maintenance.
