Easy experience The car I went to see was already sold; not their fault as it was Memorial Day weekend. The salesman pointed out another vehicle that suited my needs. It was used on a farm, so the seats were a rather messy. Their detailers got them looking practically new, which surprised me. Buying was easy, we got solid numbers quickly. The salesman was also willing to come get information to speed up our buying. All in all, quick and easy. Happy with my new car. More

Great customer service When I decided to buy a new car, I was given Cole’s information to help me out through the whole process. Cole was very patient and helpful with me wh When I decided to buy a new car, I was given Cole’s information to help me out through the whole process. Cole was very patient and helpful with me while I decided what type of car was right for me. Even though he works for Russ Darrow’s Toyota dealership, he helped set up test drives with a Honda vehicle as well. In the end, I ended up going with a Toyota RAV4. Cole never pressured me into buying anything, he was always answering questions I had. Without Cole being the salesman, I most likely would not have bought a car. He has so much knowledge and is not like any other salesman. Other salesman tend to be a bit pushy but not Cole. I highly recommend him to help anyone pick out their next car. More
