Buyer and person you negotiated with, and who signed all paperwork was Rebekah "Becky" Daily. However -- you did a credit check -- twice -- unauthorized, on her spouse Steve Daily. All because Chinh Le paperwork was Rebekah "Becky" Daily. However -- you did a credit check -- twice -- unauthorized, on her spouse Steve Daily. All because Chinh Le was suprised a woman could buy a car on her own. This is 2023 -- married women have been able to obtain credit on their own since 1974, without husband's approval. But Chinh Le decided it was ok to check my credit -- not only once, but with 2 agencies. THEN -- the Lo Jack she purchased, this survey, and all the follow ups went to her husband -- Steve Daily. Steve wasn't involved in the purchase, negotiation, the credit contract/loan, or any other. However, Chinh Le and Rusty Wallis thought it best to humiliate her, treat her as a second class citizen, and question her ability to sign a contract or obtain any credit on her own. Won't be back, won't be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Julian, my technician, met me as soon as I drove up.
