First, I want to say that I’m happy with my purchase and I don’t think my personal experience completely reflects on the dealership as a whole. However, I feel that some changes should be made with certain individuals. I went to the dealership with my grandmother who recommended the dealership to me. The evening that we went, we were helped by a sales rep that was thorough and made me feel comfortable. Because of certain circumstances my grandmother was co-signing for me. Unfortunately there was a freeze on her credit so we had to come back the next day. All parties agreed to meet the next day at a given time. We arrived the next day and my sales rep went home sick. We settled for another because it was urgent that I take home a car. The second sales rep was not thorough, fast talking and everyone that dealt with us really was only concerned with my grandmother. I felt ignored and belittled the majority of the time as if I wasn’t the one actually purchasing. FYI you should NEVER reach over someone to shake someone’s hand. If I objected to anything they were trying to sell me, they would ask her if she approved. I’m 30 years old and can think for myself. However they seemed to think I was a 16 year old who needed permission for everything. I also asked to see other cars and the sales rep pretty much made me feel like there was no point because everything else on the lot sucked in comparison. I just wish that my original sales rep hadn’t gotten sick. More

I worked with Eric and it was a great sale. The issue I have is the after care. My vehicle is squealing terribly and I have brought it in multiple times. I gave Eric and incredible review happy with my new car and in the first week of having it the breaks are SQUEALING. Loudly. He stated to bring in the vehicle, I did 4 times on my day off. A whole month and my car sounds terrible. I wish I could go back and not get this car. Its expensive and the sound makes it seem like trash. He kept stating to bring it back in saying he was in contact with the service department to help me when not once had he talked to them. He blamed his manager for saying all the things HE had said which was so annoying. He personally came to the service department and started talking xxxx about Franco to me by my car who was a great service advisor who has no authority to let my vehicle go and walked away in front of me saying he had no authority even after saying he had my back. Yes he is a great salesman but the situation im in should have been taken care of a long time ago. More
Service dept is a joke. I'm sure they weren't relied the correct info to what was wrong with the it. The day I bought it the check engine light came on and it had a rattle I'm sure they weren't relied the correct info to what was wrong with the it. The day I bought it the check engine light came on and it had a rattle in the front end. No worries we will take care of it for you. They cleared the light only for it to come back on within the same day. Came in on Tuesday to have the check engine light looked at again, they found senor bad order part, they didn't even check for the rattle or coolant leak. Came in again Friday - part didn't come in, was told by the mechanic that the rattle was plastic on plastic no issues found. and didn't check the for leak. When same day within the same hour to my personal mechanic - found the sway bar link needs replacing and coolant leak on coolant reservoir with the clip to secure it broken to keep it secure. So I immediately took it back - only to be told that their mechanic didn't find anything wrong with the sway bars links, so there is nothing they can do, had them secure the reservoir until I bring it back on a Saturday for them to look at it more. Absolutely the worse customer service there is in this industry, mechanic acknowledge the rattle noise but swears nothing wrong. But personal mechanic at a credited auto shop checks it out and find issues. Horrible all around experience. Wouldn't surprise me one bit that this dealership sales lemon vehicle. More
After dealing with them I believe most of their used cars have issues that they try to hide and hope you don't catch until later. The only thing that they seem to worry about is the sale. More
